How I calculate the price

The price of a sworn translation depends on three factors:

Beatriz Rodríguez San Julián | Traductora jurada de inglés

The price of a sworn translation depends on three factors:

  1. Length of the document: number of words or pages.
  2. Complexity and format: a brief standard certificate doesn’t cost the same as a report with tables and annexes.
  3. Urgency: standard timeline of 3 to 5 working days, or urgent, 24 to 48 hours.

The price of a sworn translation depends on three factors:

Minimum per document: Just one page to translate? Send me your document and I’ll give you a fixed quote.

Price per word: from 0.11 € per source word for sword translations.

Urgency surcharge: between 25% and 50% depending on the requested deadline.

All prices are indicative. Every job is confirmed with a firm quote after reviewing the original document. No surprises, no hidden fees.

03

Translation

I translate the document respecting the structure and format of the original, including seals, signatures and marginal notes, where appropriate.

04

Delivery

You receive the signed and sealed translation by email (PDF with recognised electronic signature) or printed on paper if you requested it that way.

Payment methods

Bank transfer or Bizum. Standard payment: 100% on delivery. For larger projects, we may agree on an upfront payment upon acceptance of the quote, with the remaining balance due on completion.
